Call Queuing

Too many inbound calls? Not enough lines or operators? Not sure if you're missing some calls?

Our QueueConnect product will answer your calls, queue them, and put them through to your landline as your phones become available. If the caller hangs up before they are connected, we'll email you their number so you can call them back. Callers are also offered the chance to record a voicemail message which can be emailed to you.

There are no fees with our QueueConnect product.

StealthNET wholly own and operate the Mobill.net SMS Gateway. The gateway provides a platform to run both PSMS services & aggregate external services on to.

Our APIs include:

• Inbound SMS Forwarding:
  Inbound SMS messages to your service are HTTP transmitted to a URL of your choice. Works like an email CC
• Send SMS API:
  Does what it says on the tin. Your application running on your servers send free & billing SMS messages to your customers via our gateway, with the simplicity of an HTTP transaction. Full delivery receipts are available. Messages that can be sent: PSMS, Free SMS, WAP Push.
• Web Subscribe API: Allows your web based business to sign customers up for subscription the easiest way possible.
• SMS Forwarding:
  Inbound SMS messages can be forwarded to you via email and/or SMS. Ideal for radio & TV stations
• Network Look-Up:
  Give us a mobile handset telephone number, we'll tell you which network they're on.
• Payment Notification API:
  Send a group of billing messages to a handset, we'll notify you when they have all been delivered. Highest confidence in receiving out-payment possible.
• Remote Subscription Poller:
  Every subscription interval (e.g. every five days), we make an HTTP call to your web server with the customer's phone number and the service to which they are subscribed. Your server is then free to perform any processing that may be required. This can be used with or without us performing the billing.

Please note that our APIs are intended for organisations with technical development staff. They may require web servers, databases and scripting interactivity. StealthNET Ltd is unable to supply technical staff or software for your application, however bespoke applications may be developed as APIs within our own engines.

090 Premium Rate Numbers

090 prefixed numbers are charged either per-minute or upon the call being answered ("Drop-Charge") at prices ranging from £0.05 to £1.50. They are suitable for payment of products like mobile content, passwords to web sites, access to services like chat, horoscopes, racing tips and competitions amongst others. These numbers are quickly available from our ready-made services, and bespoke lines are available on request.

0908/0909 Premium Rate Numbers

0908/0909 prefixed numbers are specifically classed for adult entertainment services. Contact our sales department for more information on these.

070 Follow-Me Numbers

070 prefixed numbers are a virtual number prefix and are used for "follow-me" services. Such services include mobile number masking, and mobile number routing.

Number masking is where an 070 number is routed directly to your mobile or landline. You publish your 070 number for callers to dial, and keep your private mobile number or landline number out of the public domain. Useful for privacy reasons and temporary advertising.

Number routing: You can use an 070 numbers for on-call personnel who may rotate in a shift like Doctors. You publish the 070 number, and set which private mobile/landline number it should route to. Again, the caller will only ever see the published 070 number which never changes.

08xx National Rate Numbers

Commonly 0845 (lo-call rate), 0870/0871 national rate, and 0800 free-phone. StealthNET is able to supply 087x national-rate numbers routed through to your own office (optionally via QueueConnect) or to other services.

We have developed a great choice of in-house IVR products that offer a range of services from selling and promoting products to interactive competitions. Via the 'IVR Account Manager' many of the services can be configured automatically as can the outgoing voice messages. Products can be paid for in conjunction with our range of premium rate lines (IVR). Our selection of products include:

Competition Template

Widely used on TV and radio for phone in competitions. This service includes: Caller greeting message, Multiple choice answers, wrong or right response, callers detail collection and confirmation!

Lucky Dip Caller

Creates a winner for every X calls it receives. Losers can be invited to call again, Winners are invited to leave their details after a tone.

Vote

The voting system allows the caller to answer via key presses. Responses are recorded. The calls are designed around 1 minute drop charges. All statistics are integrated with the SMS competition statistics.

Queue Manager

This module will allow you to queue phone calls to any phone number in the world whilst playing a intro message of a predetermined length. Calls are stacked and when a line is free calls will be answered in order; also an interim message can be played over the intro message e.g. "Your call is important and will be answered shortly."

Answer Machine

A generic module that allows for a simple outgoing message (or two) and a voice response to be recorded.

Simple PINs

Put simply - add this to the start of your lines to enforce PIN-only access control.

You give us one or more databases of PIN numbers. We attach your databases to your lines. When the caller connects he is asked to enter his PIN. If he has one on the list the call proceeds. To prevent sharing of PINs you can elect to allow at most one (or more) CLIs that the PIN can be used by. It's really, really, simple yet effective.

Credit Card Payments

The world really is your oyster with this one. If you have a Protx merchant account, we can build a line for your that takes in credit / debit card details and charges the caller, then proceed with anything else you need. Take payments for web orders, add credit to customer accounts, etc. Payments are made directly into your Protx account - you will be charged for service use only (set-up fees may apply).
