We have developed a great choice of in-house IVR products that offer a range of services from selling and promoting products to interactive competitions. Via the 'IVR Account Manager' many of the services can be configured automatically as can the outgoing voice messages. Products can be paid for in conjunction with our range of premium rate lines (IVR). Our selection of products include:

Competition Template

Widely used on TV and radio for phone in competitions. This service includes: Caller greeting message, Multiple choice answers, wrong or right response, callers detail collection and confirmation!

Lucky dip Caller

Creates a winner for every X calls it receives. Losers can be invited to call again, Winners are invited to leave their details after a tone.

Vote

The voting system allows the caller to answer via key presses. Responses are recorded. The calls are designed around 1 minute drop charges. All statistics are integrated with the SMS competition statistics.

Queue Manager

This module will allow you to queue phone calls to any phone number in the world whilst playing a intro message of a predetermined length. Calls are stacked and when a line is free calls will be answered in order; also an interim message can be played over the intro message e.g. "Your call is important and will be answered shortly." Answer Machine

A generic module that allows for a simple outgoing message (or two) and a voice response to be recorded.

Simple PINs

Put simply - add this to the start of your lines to enforce PIN-only access control.

You give us one or more databases of PIN numbers. We attach your databases to your lines. When the caller connects he is asked to enter his PIN. If he has one on the list the call proceeds. To prevent sharing of PINs you can elect to allow at most one (or more) CLIs that the PIN can be used by. It's really, really, simple yet effective.

Credit Card Payments

The world really is your oyster with this one. If you have a Protx merchant account, we can build a line for your that takes in credit / debit card details and charges the caller, then proceed with anything else you need. Take payments for web orders, add credit to customer accounts, etc. Payments are made directly into your Protx account - you will be charged for service use only (set-up fees may apply).
