IVR, (Interactive Voice Response) combined with Premium rate phone lines is a very flexible and powerful mechanism for billing premium rate services and micro payments for goods and services. Our own in-house system offers quick customisation via its modular technology. The system can be used for bespoke solutions with common uses including technical support lines and recorded information lines. We offer a full range of tariffs from 10p to £1.50 per minute. We will advise you on all the regulations surrounding premium rate telephony and our own team of voice over experts will record any voice files in our on-site recording studio.
Our IVR system is also integrated with our premium rate SMS and content management and WAP delivery system, giving you the flexibility to offer and collect payment for a whole range of digital or physical goods.
