Secure your lines with PINs

Ever wanted people to call a service but need a PIN number to gain access? Problem solved!

Effective immediately we can now offer a PIN-protected service to customers. You send us one or more databases of PINs and which lines they should be active on. You can even dial in and expire them.

Concerned about customers sharing their PINs? Answer: Limit their use! Simple tell us how to lock down the PIN numbers - most people will do so by CLI but it might be something else (you decide). This way you can for example allow PINs to be used by no more than two different CLIs.

The PINs themselves can be used any number of times - but by restricting them down by CLI you keep your customers happy while preventing mass sharing at the same time.

New on-line PRN statistics

We are pleased to announce that customers with premium rate telephone numbers (and some other types of numbers) now have access to on-line statistics where available.

You can view daily, monthly and hourly call volumes with minutes and average hold times. You can specify custom date ranges or quickly select common ranges like today, yesterday, this month or last month. The stats can be viewed on-line or downloaded as a CSV file into a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel.

Enabling subscriptions to SMS services is now a doddle if you run your promotion via the web. Just just our web subscribe product.

Collect the data about your users as needed. Ask them to enter their mobile phone number. We’ll send them a WAP Push, which when activated by the customer enables their subscription. Simple, effective!
